A beautiful strawberry tart recipe made with an almond flour crust filled coconut yogurt and topped with fresh strawberries and grated chocolate. It’s made in 20 minutes and is sure to be a hit at your Christmas party.

2 cups almond flour
1 free range egg
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
3 tablespoons maple syrup
pinch of salt
1 cup coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced
Chocolate to grate on top (optional)
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees, fan bake and grease a 9 inch tart tin with removable base with coconut oil.
In a bowl mix the almond flour, egg, coconut oil, maple and salt until everything is sticking together.
Press the mixture into the tart tin and bake for 5 - 10 minutes, or until the crust is slightly golden. Let the crust cool completely before adding the topping.
Spread the yogurt on the crust evenly and arrange the strawberries over the yogurt. Grate chocolate over the tart and serve.
