Mango Smoothie Bowl
A sweet, refreshing and tropical mango smoothie bowl that is topped with granola, honey and chopped mango. I added a serving of protein powder to the bowl for extra flavor and a boost of protein to keep you fuller for longer. I love having smoothie bowls in summer and now that mangos are in season, its the perfect fruit to add.
1 frozen banana
1 cup ice
1/2 mango, skin removed
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 serving Two Islands Co Vanilla + Coconut protein power
1/2 mango, skin removed, chopped into cubes
1/4 cup granola
1 tablespoon honey
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Cover with toppings of choice and serve.
