Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower
1 cup almond flour
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup water
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lemon
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on fan bake. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Wash and cut the cauliflower head into bite sized pieces or florets.
In a large bowl combine the almond flour, milk, water, tamari, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Dip the florets into the batter, so they're completely coated. Place each floret onto the oven tray and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, brush each floret with butter and then flip. Bake for a further 10 minutes.
Drizzle with lemon juice and serve with pesto, aioli or hot sauce.
