Berry Smoothie Bowl
Are you bored of your breakfast options? Try a smoothie bowl. To make the perfect smoothie bowl, you will only need to invest 5 minutes of your time. This smoothie bowl can be enjoyed as a breakfast, snack or dessert. It will keep you full for hours, it's nutrient dense, and tastes nice and sweet.
For extra protein, you can also add some protein powder into your smoothie or flax or chia seeds. Get creative with your toppings, today I used coconut, strawberries, honey and freeze dried raspberries, but I also like to use granola, banana and pumpkin seeds.
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup frozen berries (can be fresh)
1/2 cup oats
5 ice cubes
3 tablespoons coconut chips
2 strawberries, sliced
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon freeze dried raspberries
Place the banana, almond milk, frozen berries, and oats into a blender and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl and cover with toppings. Best served cold.
