Smooth, creamy and ridiculously easy chocolate almond fudge using just six ingredients and ready in minutes! This Almond Fudge is my family’s favorite and we know you’ll love it too. If you prefer peanut butter, you can swap it out for the almond butter and the almonds can be swapped with peanuts or cashews. This fudge will melt in your mouth!
1 cup almond butter
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/2 cup coconut milk or cream
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Add in the almond butter and coconut cream. Remove from the heat and stir. Mix in the almonds and salt.
Pour the fudge mixture into the loaf pan and place in freezer. Freeze for at least 2 hours before slicing and eating. The fudge needs to be kept in an airtight container in the freezer so it doesn’t melt.
