6 Ingredient Fudge

Yes, you did read that correctly, you can make fudge with 6 ingredients. I have a major sweet tooth and lately I've been trying to cut out refined sugar from my diet. I whipped up a batch of this fudge and sweetened it with maple syrup because sometimes you need a little something to get you through! I've topped this fudge with strawberries, feel free to add nuts or berries as an alternative. 
What I love about this recipe, other than how ridiculously easy it is to make, is that I almost always have these ingredients in my pantry.

3/4 cup cocoa powder (can use cacao powder)
3/4 cup peanut butter (can use any nut butter)
1/3 cup maple syrup (can use honey)
1/3 cup coconut oil⠀
1/4 tsp salt⠀
1 cup chopped strawberries


Line a loaf pan with baking paper. 
In a small sauce pan, melt the coconut oil and peanut butter over a low heat. 
Stir in the cocoa powder, maple syrup and salt. 
Pour mixture into loaf pan and top with strawberries. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
