Kiwifruit Bircher Muesli

3/4 cup oats

1 cup milk

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 kiwifruit, sliced

1 passionfruit, juice and pulp

1 tablespoon honey


  1. Place the oats, milk and cinnamon into a bowl, combine ingredients, cover and place into the fridge.
  2. The next morning, take oats from fridge and mix again to combine ingredients. Top with kiwifruit and passionfruit. Drizzle with honey and serve.



Bircher muesli is an easy breakfast to make that will fuel you for work, study or before exercise. Make this the night before and in the morning place toppings on and serve.Kiwifruit is now in season and these delicious fruits are full of nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium as well as anti oxidants and fibre. They  taste great served by themselves or on top of this bircher muesli to add sweetness.
