Not only do edible flowers make the dullest of dishes more appealing, if you choose the right flowers, they can also help to add flavor to your meal. Not all flowers are edible so choose wisely when deciding to add them to drink or food options. To learn more about edible flowers check out Barker's of Geraldine.

With the festive season upon us entertaining guests at home may be something you are planning on doing. When hosting guests I know not everyone likes to, or can drink alcohol, so without people feeling like they are missing out, providing mocktails is always on my to do list. Juicing fruit to make up a mocktail base takes time so I like to go down the syrup route. Barker's of Geraldine have a range of syrups that are low in sugar, contain no artificial colours or flavours, no preservatives, no artificial sweeteners. They get our seal of approval and make mocktails tasty without the sugar rush!

I have created 4 mocktails for you to enjoy over the Summer months!
