Chocolate Orange Smoothie

Serves 1 (or two as a micro snack/dessert)

Ingredients: 

1 orange 1-2 Tbsp raw organic cacao (2 Tbsp if you like your choccie dark) 1 Tbsp chocolate Clean Lean Protein or Sun Warrior rice protein 1/2 frozen banana 1/4c water 1/4 cashews (soaked for 4 hrs and rinsed) 1-2c ice 1 tsp yacon syrup/raw honey/maple OR 1 medjool date

Optional Addins 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp gubinge or camucamu (Vitamin C rich superfoods)

Method:

Blend and serve, or pop in the freezer for an hour and eat with a spoon like icecream (soo good).
