Banana, Coconut and Peanut Butter smoothie


1 banana

1 cup of almond milk (rice or oat would also work fine)

3 ice cubes

1 T of organic peanut butter

2 t of organic coconut oil

1 T of linseeds

1 t cinnamon


Blend all the ingredients for two minutes, and serve. 

Note: You can also add 1/2 cup of oats if you wanted to bulk it up.

This morning I didn't have a lot of time to make breakfast so I decided to make a smoothie. I usually have a green smoothie but wanted something a little but different so I made a Banana, Coconut and Peanut Butter smoothie.

This smoothie is beautiful and creamy because of the coconut oil and peanut butter. It's an easy option for breakfast and nice and light for summer.
